Job Description
Qualtim is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to add to our IT team as a Desktop Support Technician. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support for many areas of IT. You will troubleshoot problems and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization. This is a part time position.
Job Responsibilities

Work to implement and maintain a help ticket system

Provide solutions to recurring IT issues via scripting, Group Policy or other means

Troubleshoot end user issues in a Windows 10 VDI environment

Provide daily system support for network issues, hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc. to employees

Diagnose hardware issues on zero clients, printers and other devices

Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions

Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment and software

Set up equipment for new users
Required Skills
-
At least 2 years’ experience in an IT support role
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus
- Experience with VMware Horizon and vSphere a plus
