Suzi Grundahl has worked for Qualtim since 1995. When she started, the company had a staff of six, so the small staff all worked together closely as a team to accomplish the variety of projects on our plates. We continue to maintain our strong team focus, and over the years, Suzi's role has evolved into one of overall business operations management, marketing and supporting staff in accomplishing the various projects and tasks Qualtim undertakes. She also hires all the staff (and is very proud of the high quality people who work here!).

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Milligan College in Johnson City, TN, with minors in business and English.

Outside of work, Suzi's favorite time is spent with her family: husband, Kirk; sons, Arik and Karsten; and two dogs (Westies), Winston and Jasmine.
