Ryan Dexter has been employed at Qualtim since 2000 and can't imagine working anywhere else. As Director of Technical Projects, he conducts seminars as well as lends a hand in a variety of different undertakings, including: standard writing, structural building component inspection and testing, and providing technical assistance to builders and design professionals. Ryan is a Professional Engineer with degrees in Civil Engineering from Penn State and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

After college, Ryan moved to sunny Naples, Florida and worked at a firm providing residential and commercial land development. After a few weeks in Florida, Ryan met his soon-to-be wife Christina who had aspirations of moving to Madison, Wisconsin to be closer to her family. Within the year, the newlyweds moved North.

They now have three boys appropriately named after their passion for running: Chase, Cruz, and Dash. When not working, Ryan (a veteran of over 50 marathons and ultramarathons) can be seen running around the Madison area (usually with his Weimaraner dog - Maya).
