Larry has been with Qualtim since October, 2007. He is primarily involved with technical education and building code issues. He comes to Qualtim with more than 10 years of design management experience with a component manufacturer and owned his own framing company for over ten years. He holds a Bachelors degree in General Business with Marketing as his concentration.
