Brooke joined the Publications Team at Qualtim in January 2005 and strives to offer clients top-notch customer service and world class shipping and handling! She also participates in the development and management of online training programs and has taken on another role as purchaser. Brooke earned a BFA in Legal Studies with a Criminal Justice certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. Before joining the Qualtim team, Brooke worked as a customer service representative at a major health insurance corporation. In her spare time, Brooke loves to go antiquing along with buying and selling vintage clothing on EBAY. She currently lives in downtown Madison.
