Molly joined Qualtim in 2003 after spending several years in the daily newspaper business. She was drawn to, and continues to enjoy, the variety of work Qualtim offers her on a daily basis. From creating advertising and marketing pieces, to developing online training and management certification programs, Molly continually finds something new and exciting to focus her energy on at Qualtim.

Molly has a B.A. in Graphic Design and Studio Art from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Occasionally, she finds time to explore her studio art talents and in her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, working out at New Self Renewal Center, hosting dinner parties, competing in a women's tennis league and traveling.
