Dong joined the Qualtim team in August of 2002 and brings with him 13 years of experience with creative web development. Starting from his roots as an HTML programmer, he has broadened his range with creative design work including Flash technology. His current scope of work at Qualtim includes developing eye-pleasing websites and managing Qualtim’s online training courses. He greatly enjoys being part of the family-oriented team at Qualtim as well as the rewarding diversity of his work.

Dong was born in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City), Viet-Nam and came to the states when he was just two years old thanks to his loving sponsors, Phil and Linda. Dong resides in Madison, and when not at work he greatly enjoys taking in a movie, whether at the theater or at home, spending time with friends/family, photography and weight training. This year he is training for his first marathon! He hopes to see you at the finish line!
