Melanie Birkeland started working at Qualtim in December 2005 and loves everything about her job and the special people she works with! Melanie is an Educational Programs Coordinator at Qualtim, which means that she does a variety of tasks to keep the education flowing. She works with online and live training in helping to ensure a smooth delivery on every level. Melanie loves the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. At Qualtim, every day is different - guaranteed.

In 2004, Melanie earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Music from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin.

She enjoys working in her garden, making music, and teaching piano lessons. Melanie lives in Edgerton, Wisconsin with her husband, Mike and their daughter Gretta. They also have four furry creatures: 2 cats named Wolfgang and Schroedinger and 2 Border Collies named Bernie and Mickey.
