Communications Assistant

Qualtim is currently looking for an energetic, organized and creative self-starter with varied talents to join our communications team. Job responsibilities include: 
 
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to the Director of Communications, including scheduling, fielding requests and facilitating support to national trade association members.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact to individuals both inside and outside our organization.
  • Researching and conducting interviews for organizational communications and social media, as well as digital and print articles.
  • Providing support and assistance to other members of the communications team as needed.
